DESCRIPTION:The peak of the Perseid meteor shower is in the early hours of the morning of Sunday the 13th August\, so Saturday the 12th presents the best opportunity for viewing\, subject to suitable weather conditions. It may be moved to one of the days either side\, depending on the forecast. \n\n\n\nThis event is for members (and their families) only and is being held at the site of the society’s observatory. An email has been sent out to all members with the further details. \n\n\n\nDUE TO WEATHER FORECAST FOR CLOUD THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CHANGED TO FRIDAY 11TH AUGUST
